Responsibilities
- Drive the Insights & Actions Roadmap across alerting infrastructure, control plane APIs, and automated action systems
- Influence strategic roadmaps and impact long-term operational performance metrics
- Refine early product requirements by collaborating with product and engineering leadership
- Partner cross-functionally with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver integrated solutions
- Lead critical initiatives and manage complex projects involving multiple engineers
- Champion technical excellence, process improvements, and operational best practices
- Coach and mentor engineers from new grad to Staff level to build a high-performing team
Requirements
- Technical expertise in observability, ML, heuristics, or rule-based systems
- Proven track record of people management and leading with empathy
- Ability to drive clarity and execution in undefined technical spaces
- Experience building and operating global services at scale
- Strong technical communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Proven experience delivering complex projects end-to-end using data-driven decision-making
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in data platforms and data science
- Experience with observability platforms or products
- Familiarity with GPU profiling tools like Nsight or NCCL Inspector
- Experience with infrastructure diagnostics at the hardware layer
