Senior Engineering Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive the Insights & Actions Roadmap, including alerting infrastructure, control plane APIs, and automated action systems
• Influence strategic roadmaps and impact long-term operational performance metrics
• Refine early product requirements by collaborating with product and engineering leadership
• Partner cross-functionally with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver integrated solutions
• Lead complex projects and critical initiatives involving multiple engineers
• Champion technical excellence, process improvements, and operational best practices
• Coach and mentor engineers from new grad to Staff level to build a high-performing team

Requirements

• Hands-on background in ML, heuristics, or rule-based systems
• Proven track record of people management and leading with empathy
• Experience building and operating global services at scale
• Ability to drive clarity and execution in undefined technical spaces
• Strong technical communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
• Experience owning and delivering complex projects end-to-end using data-driven decision-making

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in data platforms and data science
• Experience with observability platforms or products
• Familiarity with GPU profiling tools like Nsight or NCCL Inspector
• Experience with infrastructure diagnostics at the hardware layer
