Senior Engineering Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive business and product strategies for seamless onboarding and implementation experiences
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Operations, Marketing, and Sales to define priorities
• Leverage AI to automate prospecting, onboarding, and retention workflows
• Drive execution of the Acquisition group roadmap and ensure high-quality delivery
• Lead and manage multiple engineering teams, including hiring, mentoring, and performance management
• Drive continuous improvement in engineering processes and technical architecture
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and customer obsession

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing multiple technical teams in high-growth environments
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Strong technical background in software development principles
• Expertise leading full-stack engineering teams for end-to-end product experiences
• Proven track record of shipping customer-facing features
• Experience building systems for onboarding, identity, or workflow automation
• Data-driven mindset with ability to optimize activation metrics
• Experience building AI-powered product experiences using LLMs

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with data platforms like Snowflake or Hex
• Entrepreneurial background as a founder or early employee
• Strong customer-centric mindset
