Senior Engineering Manager, Agentic AI Platforms

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and grow a high-performing team of software and AI engineers
• Develop systems leveraging AI agents, memory systems, and autonomous workflows
• Design resilient, highly available distributed services for large-scale deployments
• Partner with AI/ML teams on training, deployment, and operationalization of LLMs and VLMs
• Drive architecture spanning cloud services and edge infrastructure
• Translate product strategy into technical roadmaps and execution plans
• Establish engineering practices for reliability, observability, and AI evaluation
• Drive adoption of AI-assisted development practices
• Partner with Product, Hardware, Security, and Infrastructure teams

Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience
• 4+ years of engineering management experience in high-growth environments
• Experience building and deploying AI-driven systems (LLMs, multimodal AI, or agentic architectures)
• Expertise in designing scalable distributed systems and cloud-native services
• Proficiency with AWS and Kubernetes
• Strong experience in Python, Go, C++, or Java
• Experience with MLOps and AI infrastructure
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, or related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Computer Vision or Large Vision Models
• Experience deploying AI models to edge hardware like NVIDIA Jetson
• Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangGraph, or vector databases
• Knowledge of AI safety, guardrails, and memory systems
