Senior Engineering Lead

Responsibilities

• Build, lead and manage a multidisciplinary engineering team
• Own and maintain the team's technical roadmap aligned with business priorities
• Work with business stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable work
• Manage relationships and technical work with third-party service providers and consultants
• Guide the team in designing and maintaining robust system integrations
• Support the personal and professional growth of team members
• Take responsibility for team delivery, technical quality, and schedule

Requirements

• Proven experience as a solution architect or senior engineer
• Experience designing and building integrations between complex systems
• Previous experience managing an engineering team
• Hands-on experience with integration technologies and patterns
• Experience with Java or Spring Boot is a significant advantage
• Ability to work independently and manage technical projects involving third-party vendors
• Comfortable with product ownership and roadmap prioritization
• Proactive, ownership-driven mindset
