Senior Engineering Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical engineering operations to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to set goals
• Manage complex projects involving the expansion or modification of production lines
• Install, operate, and maintain equipment used for testing medical assemblies
• Perform troubleshooting and fault isolation activities on various breadboards and hybrids
• Conduct measurements specified in design verification plans, document results, and provide engineering test reports
• Monitor and improve the test yield of medical assemblies
• Suggest appropriate equipment acquisitions to management based on technical characteristics
• Coach junior colleagues and allocate project work to contractors

Requirements

• Associates Degree or equivalent
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
• Comprehensive knowledge of board-level testing for medical devices
• Proven experience with troubleshooting breadboards and hybrids
• Ability to work in a clean room environment
