Senior Engineer/Assistant Manager - Maintenance

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day corrective maintenance activities with an immediate focus on breakdown maintenance
• Plan and execute major machine modifications and improvement activities to enhance quality, productivity, safety, and energy savings
• Develop and modify LabVIEW, PLC, and HMI programs for existing machines and test rigs
• Troubleshoot and maintain CNC machines (Fanuc controllers), PLC-based machines, and specialized test equipment
• Optimize MTTR (Mean Time To Repair) and MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures) to improve production reliability

Requirements

• Strong expertise in CNC spindle and ball screw assembly, including ATC setting and alignment
• In-depth knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic circuits, applications, and electrical infrastructure
• Proven experience in machine reconditioning, new machine installation, and equipment relocation
• Ability to manage resources including manpower, materials, tools, and spare parts
• Demonstrated skill in improving production equipment for enhanced efficiency and reliability
