Senior Engineer/Assistant Manager – ADT

Responsibilities

• Identify appropriate prospects, set appointments, and manage the sales cycle to close new business
• Develop and implement account plans for strategic customers to achieve sales objectives
• Assess client needs and coordinate with stakeholders to provide cost-effective solutions
• Manage key accounts within the Aerospace & defense ecosystem, including DRDO Labs, ISRO, and prime contractors
• Engage and build strong relationships with all stakeholders
• Utilize RF/Microwave test & measurement knowledge to engage customers independently

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master in Electronics Engineering, Communications, RF & Microwave, or equivalent
• 3 to 7 years of experience in field sales and business development
• Familiarity with the Aerospace & defense ecosystem in South India
• Strong knowledge of RF/Microwave test & measurement
• Proficiency with sales management software and CRM tools
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to travel regularly to engage customers

Preferred Qualifications

• Sound knowledge of Radar/EW, Satellite, MILCOM, or Avionics
