Senior Engineer, Total Product Support

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on troubleshooting and root cause analysis across mechanical, electrical, software, and process domains
• Support tool installation, qualification, and new site start-ups
• Collaborate with R&D and global teams to resolve technical escalations
• Provide on-site customer support to ensure tool performance and uptime
• Mentor field engineers and support technical knowledge transfer

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Materials, or related fields)
• 3–6+ years of experience in semiconductor equipment or manufacturing
• Strong troubleshooting skills and hands-on experience
• Ability to work independently in dynamic customer environments
• Willingness to travel approximately 25%–50% based on business and customer needs
