Senior Engineer - Testing

Responsibilities

• Manage overall shift activities and report progress to leadership
• Provide technical solutions for process and test issues in collaboration with global teams and customers to ensure NPI and production quality
• Oversee automated and manual tester setups, including troubleshooting Chroma ATE, Sinvo, and Guanjia machines
• Manage test equipment including Chroma Hi-Pot, power meters, programmable AC sources, DC electronic loads, and industrial computers
• Handle failure recovery management and ECN implementation
• Coordinate with process and production teams to drive yield and quality improvements
• Maintain factory targets for yield, downtime, and failure percentages

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in a similar engineering role
• Strong expertise in Chroma ATE systems
• Extensive experience with automated and manual power product machine setup and troubleshooting
• Proven experience with Power Product testing platforms
• Strong background in Tester PM (Preventative Maintenance) activities
