Senior Engineer, Test Engineering

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical owner for product performance in both NPI and High Volume Manufacturing
• Optimize test strategies including test plans, test time, yield, and quality
• Lead the development, integration, and maintenance of inhouse test platforms (SHRACKU)
• Provide technical support in electrical failure analysis (EFA) to address RMAs and reliability
• Develop and deliver technical reports, work instructions, and test equipment guidelines
• Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering
• Minimum 4 years of experience in semiconductor product or test engineering
• Strong foundation in test engineering for memory or semiconductor devices in HVM
• Proficiency in problem-solving methodologies like FMEA, DMAIC, and Fishbone
• Experience with statistical tools including SPC, SBL, and SYL
• Familiarity with Flip Chip technology
• Hands-on experience with ATE test platform operation and troubleshooting

Preferred Qualifications

• Deep understanding of Non-Volatile Memory (NVM) testing and EFA techniques
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Proficiency in Linux OS for test automation and scripting
• Programming ability in Python, SQL, C++, and Java
• Experience with EMMC/UFS protocol test and validation
