Senior Engineer, Test Engineering

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical owner for product performance during both NPI and High Volume Manufacturing (HVM).
• Optimize test strategies by designing efficient test plans to improve yield, test time, and quality.
• Lead the development, integration, and maintenance of in-house test platforms (SHRACKU).
• Provide technical leadership in electrical failure analysis (EFA) to address RMAs and improve DPPM.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement innovative engineering solutions and cost-saving technologies.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote technical best practices through training and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in semiconductor product or test engineering.
• Proven experience with ATE test platform operation, setup, and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in problem-solving methodologies including FMEA, DMAIC, and Fishbone analysis.
• Strong knowledge of statistical tools such as SPC, SBL, and SYL.
• Solid understanding of network IP integration, communication protocols, and tester connectivity.

Preferred Qualifications

• Deep understanding of Non-Volatile Memory (NVM) testing and Electrical Failure Analysis (EFA) techniques.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Proficiency in Linux OS for test automation and scripting.
• Practical programming skills in Python, SQL, C++, or Java.
• Experience with EMMC/UFS protocol test, validation, and debugging.
