Senior Engineer, Test Engineering - Product Development

Responsibilities

• Design innovative, reliable, and efficient probe and test solutions on high-performance mixed-signal/Digital ATE platforms (primarily Teradyne UltraFlex and 93K) for multisite parallel testing
• Develop ATE software solutions according to technical specifications
• Participate in DFT/BIST definition and development by collaborating with the Design Team during New Product Development to improve testability and reduce FFC
• Execute all test development phases, including silicon functionality, characterization, yield analysis, correlation, and offshore production release
• Work closely with reliability engineers on product qualification

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering
• 4-5 years of hands-on experience in mixed-signal or digital test engineering
• Working knowledge of Teradyne Flex and/or 93K ATE systems
• Proficiency in Perl or C++ programming
• Experience in ATE high-speed digital hardware design and layout
• Proficiency with bench equipment including Oscilloscopes, VI meters, and signal generators/analyzers
• Experience releasing multi-site test programs to offshore production test houses
