About the role

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate, analyze, and optimize the performance of new parts within the fab to ensure high quality and efficiency.
  • Partner with Engineering and Operations teams to plan for future product introductions and New Part Introduction (NPI).
  • Set strategic and tactical plans for Work in Progress (WIP), Cycle Time (CT), and priority allocations.
  • Develop standard processes, reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to communicate fab performance metrics.
  • Use statistical analysis and data modeling to optimize manufacturing capacity and address performance gaps.
  • Implement predictive models and decision tools to improve manufacturing key performance indicators.
  • Evaluate "what-if" scenarios to understand the impact of operational changes on the production environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field with 5+ years of semiconductor manufacturing experience.
  • OR a Master's degree in a related field with 2+ years of semiconductor manufacturing experience.
  • Deep knowledge of semiconductor wafer fabrication processes, including capacity planning, automation, and scheduling.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing science, including inventory management and production line management theories.
  • Proficiency in using SQL, Tableau, and AI tools within a semiconductor manufacturing context.
  • Demonstrated analytical problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex data in an actionable manner.
