Senior Engineer - Technical Support & Deployment (IMS)

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance to field engineers, technicians, and product support in diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, and debugging complex systems
• Manage end-to-end deployment and system integration
• Execute configuration management and inter-system validation
• Perform detailed troubleshooting and root cause analysis
• Utilize automation scripting for deployment and operational tasks
• Manage SLA tracking, escalation handling, and delivery timelines

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in EE, ECE, or an equivalent field
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience
• Mandatory RHEL / RHCE certification
• Hands-on proficiency with Linux commands, specifically sed, cut, and grep
• Strong understanding of Unix/Linux OS concepts
• Solid understanding of networking concepts
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
