Senior Engineer - Supply Chain Expert

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize end-to-end logistics operations, including inventory, warehousing, transportation, and supplier coordination.
• Ensure procurement activities align with sourcing strategies to achieve OTIF (On-Time In-Full) targets.
• Provide functional support for SAP/ERP, WMS, and planning tools, including troubleshooting and system enhancements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with purchasing, production, logistics, suppliers, and customers to ensure seamless operations.
• Develop dashboards and performance reports to track KPIs such as inventory accuracy and process compliance.
• Drive supplier development through logistics audits, capacity analysis, and value stream mapping.
• Lead logistics planning and optimization projects, such as Kanban and consignment systems.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and supply chain digitization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Production, or a related field).
• 5–6 years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, or procurement.
• Proven experience in managing logistics and buying operations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within the manufacturing or automotive industry.
• Proficiency in SAP/ERP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
