Senior Engineer - Structural

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the implementation of construction documents on-site to ensure compliance with approved plans and specifications
• Perform complex technical and administrative activities related to Contract Compliance, Quality Control (QC), and Quality Assurance (QA) for structural scope
• Analyze applicable codes, standards, and project contract documents to monitor construction activities
• Interpret and clarify contract documents for contractors and resolve discrepancies in project drawings
• Maintain and prepare various records, including daily/weekly progress reports, material accounting, and change orders
• Supervise, direct, and coordinate the inspection team and conduct weekly meetings
• Identify and respond to technical issues to maintain project schedules and issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) when necessary
• Monitor Health and Safety of construction works and report or halt unsafe practices
• Participate in the coordination and monitoring of snagging and project handover

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in building construction projects
