Senior Engineer - Structural

Responsibilities

• Perform complex technical and administrative activities including contract compliance, quality control (QC), and quality assurance (QA) inspection for structural project scopes
• Analyze applicable codes, standards, and project contract documents to ensure construction compliance
• Interpret and clarify contract documents for contractors
• Maintain and prepare various records, including daily/weekly progress reports, material accounting, change orders, and record drawings
• Supervise, direct, and coordinate the inspection team and conduct weekly meetings
• Audit inspections for conformity to contract documents and contractor-submitted plans
• Identify and resolve technical issues to maintain project schedules
• Issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) for any construction or engineering violations
• Participate in coordination, snagging, and project handover processes
• Monitor construction health and safety and report on site practices

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in building construction projects
