Senior Engineer, Software Infrastructure

Responsibilities

• Develop innovative tools, infrastructure, and systems to enhance software development at ADI
• Collaborate closely with software developers to automate and refine development and release workflows
• Partner with software development teams to help them follow established best practices and processes
• Focus on enhancing the developer experience through streamlined workflows and efficient practices
• Deliver outstanding support to both internal and external customers
• Work to meet clearly defined schedules as part of a distributed global team

Requirements

• Computer Science Degree
• Experience in full-stack web development (frontend and backend)
• Proficiency in React and TypeScript
• Hands-on experience with Node.js and designing RESTful APIs
• Proficiency with Git and GitHub workflows
• Practical experience with containerization technologies like Docker
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Experience with modern testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Playwright, or Cypress)
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Ability to work effectively in an Agile software development environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Backstage or similar developer portals
• Awareness of SBOMs and software supply chain security concerns
• Strong appreciation for UI/UX principles and intuitive interface design
