Senior Engineer, Reliability Engineering

Responsibilities

• Perform NAND flash storage based analysis and verification from product definition through production release
• Methodically root cause complex failure mechanisms using RCA and 8D processes
• Participate in cross-functional meetings with memory, firmware, and product line teams
• Coordinate with factory teams on drive builds and mechanical tests
• Recommend new technologies, tools, and methodologies to enhance engineering capabilities
• Ensure products meet reliability and quality specifications

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master's degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Computer Science
• 3+ years of experience in Reliability, Memory design, or System engineering
• Experience in memory design and characterization
• Knowledge of semiconductor physics and computer architecture
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working in global teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office for status reporting

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of factory operations and Agile methodology
• Familiarity with storage interfaces such as UFS, eMMC, SATA, or PCIe
• Experience in SSD or embedded reliability and testing
