Senior Engineer, Reliability Engineering

Responsibilities

• Oversee product quality from PRD creation through production handover and sustaining phases
• Review product quality criteria and milestones to ensure conformance to development plans
• Perform quality risk assessments on internal and external JIRAs to identify vulnerabilities
• Drive alignment among cross-functional teams regarding quality standards and objectives
• Develop and execute mitigation strategies using risk management frameworks like FMEA
• Conduct post-mortem reviews and lessons learned analyses on quality challenges
• Identify and address process inefficiencies across the Product Life Cycle (PLC)
• Apply data analytics and evidence-based methodologies to support objective decision-making

Requirements

• Bachelor or Masters Degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering
• 2-3 years of professional experience in semiconductor, manufacturing, or customer quality engineering
• Thorough understanding of the Product Life Cycle (PLC) and process-gap identification
• Knowledge of FMEA and risk management frameworks

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on exposure to factory processes
