Senior Engineer, Reliability

Responsibilities

• Manage reliability laboratory operations to ensure excellence and compliance with industry standards.
• Execute reliability qualification activities using test methods in accordance with AEC (Q100, Q006) and JEDEC standards.
• Ensure strict compliance with Quality Management Systems and Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) management systems.
• Provide technical support to the Reliability Engineering team to resolve laboratory challenges.
• Lead reliability programs and projects, including the Reliability Monitor Program (RMP) and Full Construction Analysis (FCA).
• Supervise data management support for reliability programs and capital equipment projects.
• Develop and conduct training programs, including setting objectives, creating materials, and mentoring staff.
• Monitor and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to meet departmental goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics and Communications Engineering.
• More than 5 years of hands-on experience in semiconductor device reliability qualification.
• In-depth knowledge of AEC (Q100, Q006, etc.) and JEDEC standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Strong knowledge of statistical methods and tools, such as Minitab and Excel macro coding.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-oriented, and multitasking development environment.
