Senior Engineer, Quality Engineering

Responsibilities

• Lead the customer return (RMA) process and spearhead cross-functional 8D problem-solving teams to implement corrective and preventive actions
• Develop and execute comprehensive product qualification plans based on AEC-Q100 and other industry standards
• Analyze reliability test data and manufacturing performance metrics to identify and mitigate potential quality risks
• Participate in internal and external audits of the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure global compliance
• Act as a technical interface between customers and internal engineering teams to align quality expectations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field
• Proven experience in quality, reliability, product, or process engineering
• Strong knowledge of quality problem-solving methodologies, including 8D, 5-Why, and Fishbone analysis
• Proficiency with data analysis software and the ability to interpret complex reliability data sets
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working within cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within the semiconductor industry
