Senior Engineer

Responsibilities

• Drive software architecture and design decisions to build scalable, modular systems with clear abstractions and robust interfaces.
• Architect automation and evaluation frameworks to validate the correctness, performance, and stability of agentic systems.
• Build and own full-stack applications, including frontend UI and backend REST API services.
• Develop and manage benchmarking pipelines to enable repeatable evaluation across models, agents, and configurations.
• Establish best practices for production-grade AI software, focusing on modular design, observability, and fault isolation.
• Collaborate with ML, systems, and infrastructure teams to improve system reliability and testability.
• Mentor engineers and drive technical direction through rigorous design and code reviews.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience with ownership of complex, multi-component systems.
• Hands-on experience with HPC infrastructure and job schedulers such as Slurm or LSF.
• Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or C++.
• Deep understanding of agentic system architectures and their common failure modes.
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines with automated quality and release gates.
• Solid knowledge of distributed systems or platform-scale software engineering.
• Strong debugging skills and the ability to reason about non-deterministic systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with AI agents, orchestration frameworks, or multi-step AI workflows.
• Familiarity with building scalable data pipelines.
• Experience with heterogeneous compute or large-scale execution environments.
• Exposure to the VLSI domain and EDA tools software development.
• MS or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
