Senior Engineer

Responsibilities

• Debug and resolve issues related to low-speed and high-speed peripheral subsystems during design reviews and customer hardware bring-up
• Provide technical customer support for hardware bring-up on multiprocessor and multithreaded ASIC platforms
• Develop, debug, and maintain device drivers for standard peripheral interfaces including I2C, SPI, UART, USB, and PCIe
• Analyze and resolve complex driver-level issues reported by customers
• Collaborate with hardware, firmware, and validation teams to ensure robust peripheral functionality
• Participate in design reviews, root cause analysis, and technical documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in Software Development or Software Applications Engineering
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C, C++, Java, or Python
• Hands-on experience with debugging techniques
• Strong knowledge of embedded systems and device driver development
• Experience working with peripheral interfaces such as USB, PCIe, UART, SPI, or I2C

Preferred Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in embedded systems development
• Experience with RTOS or other embedded operating systems
• Solid understanding of microprocessor and multiprocessor architectures
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in a customer-facing technical role
