Senior Engineer - QA/QC

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Project Quality Management Plan (QMP)
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and contractual requirements
• Conduct inspections and tests on materials, equipment, and construction/installation activities
• Review and approve Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), method statements, and quality procedures
• Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and contractors on all quality-related matters
• Monitor non-conformance reports (NCRs) and ensure proper corrective and preventive actions are implemented
• Prepare and maintain quality documentation, reports, and records
• Perform internal audits and participate in external audits as required
• Ensure proper calibration and control of measuring and testing equipment
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to quality performance

Requirements

• Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in QA/QC within similar projects
• Proven experience in quality control and assurance practices in construction/engineering projects
• Direct experience working on Marine Projects
• Familiarity with international standards such as ISO 9001
• Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures, standards, and documentation
• Expertise in inspection, testing, and auditing processes
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
