Senior Engineer - Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, and objectives and create detailed project plans
• Manage product development and validation based on customer and market requirements
• Coordinate and release Engineering Change requests
• Interact with cross-functional teams and conduct project milestone reviews
• Monitor project and product budgets, including approvals and utilization
• Conduct engine and vehicle level testing at customer locations for OE Projects
• Act as the primary communication bridge between customers and the plant during development
• Review and coordinate project budget requirements and product costs
• Ensure compliance with internal and external project audits

Requirements

• BTech/BE in Mechanical, Production, or Automobile engineering
• 1-3 years of experience in Project Management and Application
• Competency in IC Engines and vehicle applications (Diesel and Gasoline)
• Basic knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and software

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Power BI
• Experience with AI-related tools
