Senior Engineer, Product Verification

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive complete Verification and Validation (VnV) and Reliability Verification (RV) solutions
• Own VnV/RV specifications, plans, methods, budgets, and reports within development projects
• Drive internal functional teams to execute all V&V/RV activities to support product development
• Collaborate with cross-functional project members to solve problems before product launch
• Improve V&V/RV methods, quality, efficiency, and cost through tool implementation or development

Requirements

• Understanding of machine development, application, configuration, and system integration processes
• Knowledge of project management and Product Risk Reduction/Problem Solving
• Expertise in VnV specification, planning, execution, and reporting
• Knowledge of Reliability Verification including new content rate analysis and reliability growth planning
• Ability to drive Wheel Loaders and Excavators
• Proficiency in programming and utilizing data acquisition systems and sensors
