Senior Engineer Product Support

Responsibilities

• Support nacelle products on Business Jet platforms by identifying in-service issues and driving root cause investigations
• Develop Service Bulletins to implement design changes, contain field issues, or address quality escapes
• Manage Product Support Agreement requirements, including tracking component reliability, removals, and warranty financials
• Develop and maintain positive customer and supplier relationships through effective communication
• Present fleet support strategies and technical updates to various audiences and stakeholders
• Review technical publication impacts and drive necessary updates through project specialists
• Support program engineering to ensure aftermarket requirements are integrated into design changes and fleet support plans

Requirements

• STEM degree (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics)
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience
• Proven experience with root cause investigations
• Experience leading formal or informal projects
• Experience presenting technical information to internal and external customers

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in aviation aftermarket environments
• Experience in fleet management
