Senior Engineer, Product Engineering

Responsibilities

• Analyze HDD vs Media performance data to drive media performance optimization
• Monitor Media performance KPIs and guide continuous improvement initiatives
• Deliver actionable insights through data and process characterization to enhance yield, quality, and efficiency
• Support media performance optimization from the development stage through high-volume production
• Drive digitalization initiatives in manufacturing using advanced analytics and AI/ML models for predictive analysis
• Develop and maintain real-time dashboards for KPI monitoring
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations

Requirements

• Master's degree in Engineering or a related field
• Strong knowledge of data analytics tools including JMP, Minitab, and SQL
• Exposure to Python or R for data science applications
• Industry exposure in an Electronics or Semiconductor manufacturing environment
• Familiarity with Industry 4.0 technologies, automation, and smart factory trends
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with HDD or Media process-related workflows
• Experience with cloud-based analytics platforms such as Azure or AWS
• Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently and meet strict deadlines
