Senior Engineer, Product Development Engineering

Responsibilities

• Execute long-term vision for front-end wafer test coverage focusing on high I/O parallelism and low-latency solutions
• Develop long-range initiatives to achieve best-in-class yield, quality, reliability, and cost efficiency
• Champion disruptive design-for-test and design-for-debug methodologies
• Create flexible and reliable hardware and software test infrastructure using a Design for Manufacturability mindset
• Investigate qualification and yield issues during NPI and implement corrective actions
• Transform test data into actionable insights for design and manufacturing teams

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
• Academic background in memory, storage, or system-level product, test, or validation engineering

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with simulation, emulation, and semiconductor fabrication processes
• Hands-on experience in functional and stress testing using oscilloscopes and protocol analyzers
• Proficiency in C, C++, and Python for test automation and data analysis
• Knowledge of NAND, DDR, LPDDR, GDDR, HBM, and PCIe protocols
• Expertise in DRAM/NAND memory and SSD storage technologies for data center and AI platforms
