Senior Engineer - Process PTM

Responsibilities

• Manage and animate the Process Expertise Center within the assigned perimeter
• Coordinate industrial interfaces between the Product Group, platforms, and other Process Expertise Centers
• Define standard processes in line with TDP and validate process suppliers, tools, and equipment
• Manage industrialization projects and the industrial network, including plants and production
• Define equipment and tools standardization rules, considering differences between HCC and LCC
• Master site industrial performance, focusing on deliveries, quality, and asset utilization
• Support manufacturing sites during ramp-up periods and resolve process-related issues
• Define programs and budget targets while managing equipment transfers within the Product Group

Requirements

• Proven experience in managing industrial technologies and process expertise
• Strong ability to coordinate complex industrial interfaces and networks
• Experience in managing industrialization projects and standardization programs
• Ability to define and implement standard processes and equipment rules
• Expertise in monitoring industrial performance metrics such as quality and asset utilization
