Senior Engineer Process-Optimization

Responsibilities

• Analyze, develop, and improve manufacturing and assembly processes to increase efficiency and quality
• Support the planning, specification, procurement, and integration of special machinery and automation systems
• Develop and implement technical standards and evaluate new technologies for production sites
• Manage supplier selection, evaluation, and technical leadership to ensure quality and adherence to specifications
• Lead technical projects with responsibility for timelines, costs, and quality through intensive cross-functional collaboration
• Create technical reports, test plans, and evaluations in compliance with relevant standards
• Travel worldwide (up to 3 months per year) for supplier support, project assistance, and technology transfer

Requirements

• University degree in Process Engineering, Medical Technology, or a similar technical field
• Multi-year professional experience in process optimization within a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing process development and optimization
• Extensive experience in the commissioning, qualification, and validation of production processes
• Proficiency in relevant IT applications and a strong affinity for data
• Excellent English communication skills (minimum B2 level)
• High level of commitment, resilience, and teamwork skills
