Senior Engineer, Process Engineering

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth execution of back-end, post-sputter processes in compliance with process specifications
• Carry out engineering studies to improve post-sputter processes
• Monitor daily process KPOV and KPIV
• Trigger process or machine maintenance as scheduled or on an ad hoc basis
• Ensure compliance with operating procedures and process parameters
• Carry out evaluations for process improvement
• Ensure quality of parts leaving the process and manage excursions to mitigate impact

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or equivalent
• Proficiency in Minitab/JMP, Spotfire, or other data analytics tools
• Knowledge of SPC and DOE
• Strong problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience as a Process Engineer or Manufacturing Engineer
• Familiarity with Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Design of Experiments (DOE)
