Senior Engineer Operation & Maintenance

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day O&M activities at the powerhouse and dam
• Ensure safe working conditions and proper implementation of O&M procedures
• Manage budget planning for site O&M expenses and control costs
• Authorize work permits, material purchases, and annual maintenance schedules
• Act as the primary liaison between ANDRITZ and the client
• Coordinate with local communities and authorities to ensure smooth contract functioning
• Manage spares and ensure resource availability for daily activities

Requirements

• Graduate Engineer in any discipline
• More than 7 years of experience in Hydro power plant Operation and Maintenance
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Proven experience in project planning and cost control
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Post Diploma course in Hydro Power Plant Engineering
