Senior Engineer - OE Sales

Responsibilities

• Manage timely payment collection and ledger knock-offs for customers
• Provide customer training and installation support for new products to ensure defect-free rollouts
• Drive TABS penetration within the assigned zone
• Promote advanced ITP products including TEBS, Tail guard, TPMS, and Traction systems
• Manage relationships with trailer export customers to drive business growth
• Track revenue recognition and ensure GRN from customers
• Address customer service complaints by coordinating with the Service team and providing preventative reports
• Conduct continuous customer visits to resolve pain points and strengthen relationships

Requirements

• Successfully completed degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 3-6 years of professional experience in the automotive industry
• Proven experience involving new product projects (e.g., Road Train, E-Trailer)
• Experience with revenue recognition tracking and customer relationship management
