Senior Engineer

Responsibilities

• Apply theoretical engineering knowledge to planning, operations, and engineering design, including analytic modeling and calculations.
• Perform economic analyses of engineering alternatives, develop business cases, and defend them before stakeholders.
• Document and interpret complex engineering documentation accurately.
• Review and approve engineering work performed by others to ensure compliance with company standards, specifications, and contract requirements.
• Ensure all engineering activities adhere to local, state, and federal regulatory and compliance standards.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support business goals and develop organizational relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Electrical Engineering Technology.
• Minimum of 5 years of technical experience in gas engineering or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in an office environment located in Rochester or Binghamton, NY.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's Degree in a relevant engineering field.
