About the role
Responsibilities
- Deploy and maintain MXDR solutions to ensure customer environments are resilient against threats
- Assess customer needs and collaborate with stakeholders across various organizational levels
- Act as a technical resource for the SOC, assisting with Splunk alert logging interpretation
- Troubleshoot technical issues such as CPU spikes in CrowdStrike agents during DFIR engagements
- Assist Service Delivery Managers (SDM) in interpreting complex technical questions
- Provide technical consultancy to clients in both in-person and digital environments
Requirements
- Strong technical foundation in cybersecurity
- Experience with SIEM and EDR tools
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
- Strong professional communication and multitasking skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft Sentinel
- Experience with Splunk
- Experience with CrowdStrike
- Experience with SentinelOne
