Senior Engineer - Mechanical Specialist

Responsibilities

• Perform corrective maintenance for mechanical process machines including Press fit, Molding Dispensing, Conveyors, Robots, and special purpose machines
• Ensure technical availability of mechanical process machines and final assembly lines
• Utilize RCA methods like 5Why and A3PSS for systematic troubleshooting
• Manage MTBF and MTTR for mechanical machines
• Plan spare parts, tooling, and consumables for maintenance activities
• Optimize preventive maintenance and contribute to reducing IDC through MAE performance monitoring
• Conduct condition monitoring and predictive maintenance using i4.0 principles
• Prepare breakdown reports, spare part consumption, and PDCA for repeated failures
• Optimize repair and maintenance costs through localization and life enhancing projects
• Participate in Machine and Process FMEA
• Maintain 5S, Safety, and Quality standards

Requirements

• NTTF / Diploma in E&E / E&C / Mechatronics (4-8 years experience) OR BE in E&E / E&C / Mechatronics (2-4 years experience)
• Knowledge of troubleshooting in Electrical, Pneumatic circuits, and PLC
• Knowledge of TPM, i4.0, and predictive analytics in maintenance
• Familiarity with RCA methods (5Why, A3PSS)
• Knowledge of OHSAS and EMS standards
