Senior Engineer, Mechanical Design Engineering

Responsibilities

• Provide in-depth analysis for critical failures related to servo-mechanical issues and hardware/software troubleshooting.
• Facilitate engineering evaluations on design changes, component revisions, and process verifications to assess impact on production yield and reliability.
• Develop and maintain technical knowledge regarding component technology, manufacturing methods, and parts application.
• Participate in product and technology transfers between design and manufacturing teams.
• Provide team leadership in task forces to drive the resolution of critical issues and failures.
• Derive and develop corrective actions for future product improvements based on lessons learned.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent experience).
• 0–2 years of experience; fresh graduates and early career talent are encouraged to apply.
• Proficiency in Solidworks, MATLAB, and mechanical drawing interpretation.
• Knowledge of SPC, Minitab, JMP, GD&T, and DOE.
• Capability to perform mechanical stack-up tolerance analysis.
• Strong electro-mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Good English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proven problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
