Senior Engineer - Manufacturing Equipment Maintenance

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for tooling and fixture maintenance
• Apply machine learning for tooling and process improvement
• Monitor performance using indices such as Cpk, MTBF, MTTR, and OEE
• Support product and technology transfers between sites
• Deliver technical training to technicians and manufacturing personnel
• Provide guidance and supervision to the technical team
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and minimize equipment damage
• Utilize IT and database systems including simple scripting

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, Software, Robotics, Electronics, Telecommunications, or Computer Engineering
• 2+ years of professional experience
• Proficiency in English communication and presentation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Foundation in AI, data analytics, automation systems, and data mining
• Familiarity with Digital Twin concepts
