Senior Engineer, Manufacturing Equipment Engineering

Responsibilities

• Support the design, procurement, and implementation of assembly tooling and equipment for HDD operations
• Assist in automation project execution, including programming, testing, and validation of automated processes
• Maintain equipment documentation, specifications, and performance records
• Support predictive maintenance programs and IoT sensor integration
• Drive KPI improvements such as OEE, yield, cycle time, and downtime reduction
• Perform root cause analysis for equipment and process issues

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Automation, or AI Robotics Engineering
• 0–2 years of experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
• Knowledge of Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or Industry 4.0 concepts
• Programming skills in Python or PLC
• Proficiency in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar design software
• Data analysis skills using Excel and basic statistics
• Internship experience involving maintenance management systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with HDD Process & Technology and Quality Management
• Knowledge of ESD and Contamination control
• Strong English proficiency (written and verbal)
