Senior Engineer, Manufacturing Equipment Engineering

Responsibilities

• Support the design, procurement, and implementation of assembly tooling and equipment for HDD operations
• Assist in automation project execution, including programming, testing, and validation of automated processes
• Maintain equipment documentation, specifications, and performance records
• Support smart maintenance initiatives, including predictive maintenance and IoT sensor integration
• Drive KPI improvements such as OEE, yield, cycle time, and downtime reduction
• Perform root cause analysis for equipment and process issues to support continuous improvement

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation Engineering, AI Robotics Engineering, or equivalent
• 0–2 years of experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, automation concepts, and control systems
• Knowledge of Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or Industry 4.0 concepts
• Programming skills in Python, PLC, or similar languages
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with AutoCAD or SolidWorks
• Experience with maintenance management systems through internship projects
• Strong English proficiency (written and verbal)
