Senior Engineer, Manufacturing Engineering

Responsibilities

• Manage packaging quality and define monitoring methods for items including labels, bags, cartons, and media storage.
• Qualify new packaging materials and oversee their implementation.
• Collaborate with global suppliers, SQE, material labs, and cross-functional teams on engineering developments.
• Maintain packaging specifications, masterlists, drawings, and artwork components.
• Manage the Statement of Work (SOW) for annual Requests for Quotes (RFQ) and lab test specifications.
• Resolve customer feedback and complaints related to packaging in coordination with QA and production teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Sciences or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to tackle complex technical challenges.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working effectively in cross-functional and global teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant working experience in manufacturing or packaging engineering.
