Senior Engineer, Machine Learning

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end machine learning pipelines including data ingestion, training, and deployment
• Build and own production-grade, scalable, and fault-tolerant ML services
• Architect async workflows and API-driven systems for ML and data services
• Develop internal analytical tools and interactive ML dashboards using Streamlit
• Collaborate with data scientists and stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions

Requirements

• Master’s or PhD in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field
• 3–4+ years of experience in data science or machine learning pipelines
• Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and building RESTful APIs
• Experience with asynchronous programming and workflows
• Hands-on experience with MLOps practices, experiment tracking, and model versioning
• Proficiency with Python libraries such as pandas, numpy, scikit-learn, and statsmodels
• Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration platforms (Kubernetes, Airflow, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with Databricks or AzureML
• Familiarity with big data technologies like Spark or PySpark
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
