Senior Engineer, Machine Learning

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end machine learning pipelines, including data ingestion, training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.
• Build and own production-grade, scalable, and fault-tolerant ML services and API-driven systems.
• Architect async workflows and integrate ML solutions into complex production environments and distributed systems.
• Develop internal analytical tools and interactive ML dashboards using Streamlit for model insights and experimentation.
• Collaborate with data scientists and stakeholders to deliver impactful, reliable ML solutions with strong observability and guardrails.

Requirements

• Master’s or PhD in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
• 3–4+ years of experience in data science or building machine learning pipelines.
• Strong proficiency in Python (pandas, numpy, scikit-learn) and SQL.
• Experience building RESTful APIs and working with asynchronous programming.
• Proven experience managing the full ML lifecycle and implementing MLOps practices (experiment tracking, model versioning, CI/CD).
• Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration platforms (e.g., Kubernetes, Airflow).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with Databricks or AzureML.
• Familiarity with big data technologies such as Spark or PySpark.
• Experience with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and distributed data processing systems.
