Senior Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead structural design projects and mentor junior team members
• Produce and check structural design calculations, drawings, models, reports, specifications, and schedules
• Coordinate design information within the structural team and across disciplines such as Architecture, Civil Engineering, and Building Services
• Act as lead structural designer on major building projects
• Conduct site surveys and inspections and represent the structural team at project meetings

Requirements

• Degree in Structural or Civil Engineering (BSc, MSc, BEng, or MEng)
• Strong knowledge of CDM Regulations and UK construction techniques
• Knowledge of Building Regulations
• Experience in site inspections and identifying structural defects
