Senior Engineer - Java Full Stack

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on technical input in the design and development of enterprise systems using React JS
• Design and create high-quality code within a test-driven development (TDD) programming environment
• Work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment following agile methodology principles
• Act as a technical mentor and coach to less experienced developers
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, understand expectations, and present technical solutions

Requirements

• Engineering degree with 5 to 8 years of experience in developing and maintaining enterprise systems
• Strong proficiency in React JS, Jquery, HTML, and CSS
• Extensive experience with Java, Spring Boot, and REST APIs
• Good understanding of DevOps principles and familiarity with tools such as Gitlab, Jenkins, and Jira/Rally
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively without direct supervision

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven exposure to both frontend and backend development (Full Stack)
