Senior Engineer IP Verification - AMS Verification

Responsibilities

• Perform in-depth verification of Analog and Mixed-Signal (AMS) IP
• Build SPICE testbenches at both Block and Full-chip levels
• Develop and maintain COSIM and Mixed-signal verification environments
• Debug complex Analog, Digital, and Mixed-Signal circuits
• Write Verilog A/MS and RVM models
• Utilize SV and UVM-based verification methodologies, including SV/PSL assertions
• Proactively adopt and leverage approved AI tools to support verification workflows and scripting

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 4-6 years of experience, or a Post Graduate degree with 2-4 years of experience in Electronics Engineering or a related field
• Strong understanding of analog and mixed-signal circuits
• Proficiency with industry tools including Virtuoso, PrimeSim/Finseim, Hspice, Xcellium, Simvision, and Waveview
• Hands-on experience with Verilog A/MS and RVM model writing
• Experience with SV and UVM-based verification and SV/PSL assertions
• Experience in the DRAM memory field
• Proficiency in scripting using Perl or Python
