Senior Engineer II-Quality

Responsibilities

• Support and continuously improve the ISO9001 Quality Management System (QMS)
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and logistics to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions
• Partner with manufacturing teams to review nonconforming products and recommend appropriate dispositions
• Investigate customer-facing quality issues using root cause analysis tools such as 8D and 5 Whys
• Provide technical reports and metrics to management regarding internal quality performance
• Develop and deliver regular training sessions for inspection and manufacturing staff
• Assess product impact resulting from calibration or test equipment failures

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• 5-8 years of experience as a Quality Engineer or equivalent
• Experience in the electronic device industry
• Proficiency with NCR, MRB, and RMA processes
• Strong knowledge of statistical tools including SPC, MSA, and Minitab
• Demonstrated experience maintaining a Quality Management System in accordance with ISO9001
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with military and industry standards such as MIL-STD-750, MIL-STD-883, or AS9100
• Familiarity with IPC J-STD-001 standards
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for technical reporting and presentations
